Shipping Policy
Australian Orders
All Australian orders will be dispatched by Australia Post within 2-5 business days after the order is received. Your order will likely arrive w within 3-5* business days after dispatch (5-6* in WA).
All parcels are trackable, and you will be sent a tracking number once your order has been posted.
Customers will be notified of any dispatch delays outside of these guidelines.
Express Post
If you select express postage as your delivery method, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends or in the case of pre-order items)
Local Pick Up
Celle is an Australian store based in Mascot, NSW.
Choose the option "LOCAL PICK UP" as your shipping option at the checkout should you wish to collect. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time to pick up your order.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for Australian orders, and 30 days for International orders.
Items should be returned unused and in original condition, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return unless faulty.
